I am a PMP Certified Project Manager with over 20 years of experience and success with IT projects. My most recent successes have been with freight management software (domestic and international shipments including air, ocean, ground, import and export, expedited, white glove, truckload brokerage, and LTL). Every initiative involved integrating web applications with legacy systems.

Most of my 20+ years in IT has been as a project manager for software houses that specialized in retail enterprise solutions. I have excellent skills at software consulting, sales support, training, documentation, team development, with a proven track record for achieving objectives within budget and deadlines while paying attention to details. I also serve on the Board of Directors for a non-profit and I am their State Treasurer.

It has been my experience that it takes more than technical skills to make a great Project Manager. Equally important are the following:

4. Mentoring and motivating a team
